Delivery & refunds

Orders are not open. There is currently no checkout, charge or paid download delivery on this site.

Free files

Free samples and worksheets download directly. Open them with a PDF reader. Print on US Letter or A4 paper using “fit to page”. A computer or tablet, PDF reader, printer and paper are needed to print; these are not included.

Planned PDF purchases

Digital editions will be clearly labeled and sold through a hosted checkout. Before sales start, each product will show its price, currency, page count, included files and printing license. The checkout provider and the exact download delivery method will be stated here and tested before opening orders.

Help and refunds

The support address, refund request process, eligibility and applicable time limits have not yet been finalized. No paid orders will be accepted until they are published. A digital label does not remove any rights you have under applicable law. Free sample downloads are available to help you preview activities.

Amazon paperbacks

When Amazon listings are live, their checkout will show shipping, delivery estimates and return terms. Paperback orders placed with Amazon will be managed through Amazon.
